Today's tip...
Do you not have enough time to get to EMZ or to an exercise class?
There are lots of mini-workouts that can be done at home without any fancy equipment. Search the web, check out Instagram, Facebook...and I can guarantee you won't have a problem finding them.
Here's one that a few of the instructors were doing after class this morning:
This particular one focuses on the glutes...but depending on what you're looking for, I'm sure you'll find one targeting the area(s) you want.
