Satomi's tip may sound a little funny. Those that do Zumba and attend EMZ know exactly what she's talking about with 'cut up shirts'. Like she said, don't cut up all of them...OR buy more than one of the same design. Why? There's been a few occassions where we want to sport our tee with jeans to an event that is not Zumba and we can't because it's "too cut up". Hahahaha!

Attendance Challenge will work like this:
Pick up card from any one of the instructors. It is then your responsibility each day after class to have an instructor sign off on date attended. If you lose your card, you start over on the day you pick up a new card. If you forget to get your card signed, sorry -- no back dating. At the end of the 12 week challenge, the individual(s) with the most days attended will receive a prize. *No entry fee
EMZ Weight Loss Challenge:
Men & women separated into separate groups. In each group two winners will be chosen. One person with the most pounds lost. Second winner will be based off of percentage. Here's the calculation: total weight lost divided by beginning weight multiplied by 100. For example, if my beginning weight is 267 and individual loses 30 pounds, here's the math: 30 / 267 = 0.112 X 100 = 11.24%. Total of four winners. No extreme dieting, starvation, etc. We want to encourage the safest and healthiest way which means proper diet & exercise. I (Sinai) will be doing weigh-ins before class on Friday, maybe during & definitely after. Prizes will be awarded to winners.
