EMZ is a non-profit, fitness organization dedicated to inspiring members of the community to unite in becoming healthy, fit, and active by providing and promoting free and low-cost fitness classes and health education opportunities.

Zumba Dance Party for a cause!

Are you busy tomorrow night?

If not, join EMZ Instructor Satomi Biggs at a Zumba charity event she is participating in.

All the proceeds from this event will go to the Olive Osmond Hearing Fund, which is a foundation that helps educate and supplies hearing aids for those in need.
